  3. About 3 of these lighting setups look like something I would like to use.

    What I would need to get this look is a dark area, a strobe, reflector, and a camera of course.

    My ideas are like the same self portraits I’ve been taking forever. Always lowkey, maybe a bit melancholy looking, but still enough light to keep things good looking.

  4. I would like to duplicate most of them if not all of them to see which ways of the lighting I like best and see which ones work for my images more. I would need an Idea and different color of lighting to try the last idea and change it up a bit and see what I can create. I have an Idea to get a low shadow on part of the subjects face and get an emotional photo. And comparing it to yesterdays warm up I can see the different ways the lighting was used on the goats to make them low key and interesting.

  5. I think that the one ones I want to duplicate is the split and short and the badger type of lighting. I believe that I would have to use those special lighting to get those pictures. I would want to try the colored red light and I also want to get one side of the face dark and the other side bright. Or I will put the light under the persons face.

  12. I’d want to duplicate like 5 or 6 of these setups. I’d need a camera, two light sources and a model for the pictures. I get an idea where i want the picture dark and mysterious and captures the eye of the audience where it pulls them in and they don’t know how they feel about it cause it captures so many emotions.

I get that the photos have to be low key , like it’s just a really dim image you are looking for and that it’s very close up images instead of far back.

  22. I would want to duplicate around 10 of these lighting set ups. To get this specific look, you need a strobe, a reflector, and a softbox. One idea I got from these photos and yesterday’s warm up is to change the lighting to have half of the model’s face dark while the other half is bright.

    I would duplicate and try to recreate over half of the techniques showed in the tutorial.

    What else would you need to get this specific look?
    I would need a reflector and a off camera flash contraption, or a strobe light. Even a white T-shirt.

    Not very much, I have a hard time coming up with ideas, and I never like taking inspirations from others i enjoy coming up with my own ideas. Unless the idea is really interesting and i just cant come up with anything.
